The hallmarks are London, Sterling, George III duty mark, date letter for 1812, and the maker's mark "TH" - which could be any of Thomas Halford, Thomas Hobbs, Thomas Hodge, Thomas Holland, Thomas Hyde or Thomas Harper (I or II).
