Antique Georgian Crested Sterling Silver Cruet Stand EL Edward Lowe London

A fine Georgian crested sterling silver partial cruet stand. It has pierced sides with a gadrooned top edge, applied tied drapery, and ball and claw feet.

It bears a standing goat family crest and is marked EL along with a lion passant hallmark for London. It is in fair, used condition. It lacks it central stand or cruet holder and the bolt to secure it. There are light bends and indentations throughout, light surface scratches and scuffing throughout, and other signs of customary wear consistent with age. 240 Grams or about 7.5 Troy Ounces.
