Hallmarked on the underside of the stem: makers initials "JTH" over "JHM" into a quatrefoil for well-known silversmiths John Thomas Heath & John Hartshorne Middleton, (registered June 1886); "Lion passant" for British sterling silver; "Leopard head" for city of London; date letter "h" for 1903 All marks are crisp and clear. Made in London, England, ca1903 Pictures will tell you more. Weight: 2.65 troy oz. Minor tarnish/patina what is not a defect.
