A rather unusual form in English Sterling, most frequently this configuration is Irish. Decoration on back of spoon is a flared out plume shell, a bit worn from age.The front edge of spoon a little out of round from stirring in one direction. Typically plain early Georgian style. Monogram on back near hallmarks I E B.
